Roundcheck, a fact-checking organisation, has launched the Truth in Verse Anthology to conclude the Truth in Verse Festival held at the University of Lagos, Lagos State. This anthology is a compilation of poems to promote Media and Information Literacy on different themes, including governance, human rights, and gender.
This anthology confirms the impactful collaboration between the poetry community and journalism. As we forge ahead, more practical efforts will be made to sustain this partnership, to make people aware of the dangers of mis/disinformation and the importance of MIL.
